Plexaderm Return Policy?
The return policy for Plexaderm products is as follows:
All Plexaderm® products can be used for 30 days absolutely risk-free. If the results are not as expected, the Customer Service department can be contacted within 30 days of the order to return any product (used or unused) for a full product refund less the cost of shipping and processing.
To return a product, all merchandise (opened and unopened) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The return should include the customer's name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request.
